Pizza Class Supplies
what you will need
piece of wax or freezer paper
Clay...Green 322 or green pepper green
Dark red color of red pepper
Yellow 072 or color of yellow squash
Brown 053 or color of chocolate
white 001
Exacta knife.clear glaze or hodge podge(brush on)
drk brown paint
table spoon
container to mix paint and paint brush
Pizza box(Jim's printables has a printiable pizza box pattern if you don't already have one.

This will make 2 pies.

Mix white ,yellow and brown clay...I used a half of one section of the white clay and a pea size of yellow and the brown was slightly larger than pea sz.*photo 1 -mix very good.

divide into 3 equal sections and roll into balls *photo 2 (will make 2 pizzas).



On freezer paper shape dough ball into pizza shell using your knuckle work from center outward.*photo 3- then finish up shape with the pad of your finger.to look like photo 4



now mix cheese .... use half of one of the dough balls 2 pea sz. balls of white and one pea sz of yellow. mix very good and set aside.

now mix sauce ...use 3 pea sz. balls of red and 1 pea sz. ball of black mix well...now holding in your hands the sauce mixture keep pressing it with your thumb and index finger until it is paper thin.now gently pull apart *photo 5

the jagged edges that were created will make the sauce edges of the pizza *photo 6

keep pulling pieces off and applying to pizza shell *photo 7 ....after the pizza top is covered smooth the center of the sauce gently with the pad of your finger.like photo 8

apply the cheese the same way(be careful not to completely cover up the sauce edges)*photo 11

mix pepperoni 3 pea sz balls of red 1 pea sz. ball of black and one of brown.now roll into pepperoni stick ...less than 1/4' wide..photo 9 ..bake pepperoni in toaster oven for 7 min.

while the pepperoni is baking roll 2 pea sz. balls one of red and one of green ...flatten to about 1/16 of an inch and put in freezer.

now while the pepperoni is still warm(not hot)slice very thin slices...photo 10. and apply the slices to the cheese of the pizza pushing them in gently. photo 11.

remove red and green clay from freezer...cut up very fine pieces of red and green peppers and apply to pizza photo 12 put whole pizza in the freezer for about 4 min.



now peel pizza away from freezer paper and bake for approx12 min.

after pizza cools brush the crust with a paint wash(i use about 1 table spoon of water and one drop of dark brown paint)brush on crust ...rubbing in with your finger until the crust looks a golden color.

now... paint clear glaze on all of pizza except the crust...as many coats as necessary to get the desired effect....let dry between coats. make your pizza box..lay a piece of freezer paper in the bottom or piece of white paper if you don't have freezer paper.Place pizza in box. and presto PIZZA anyone!!!
